Battlefield 3 has been out for well over a year now, and has continued to wow us at every turn.  Earlier today Dice kept the ball rolling with the new trailer for Battlefield 3: Endgame, the next and final Battlefield 3 expansion pack.

This new trailer has the classic Battlefield signature to it, showing actual gameplay of the new maps.  With that in mind, if you’re a fan of this game and aren’t excited after seeing this, what the hell is wrong with you?  The trailer shows off the return of Capture the Flag to the Battlefield series, something that is long overdue.  Most of the trailer entails of a massive chase scene from one team taking the flag, racing it all the way across the map, and ultimately scoring.  Also shown off are two new vehicles, the dirtbike and a modified humvee allowing for anti-air support. Finally, the trailer ends with a very quick sneak peak of the new Air Superiority mode.  This mode will play very much like the Tank Superiority mode introduced in  Armored Kill where there will be one control point in the air that everyone will be trying to capture.  Anyone with Battlefield Premium can check out a trailer for the new Air Superiority mode that was also released today.

Not shown in this trailer was the new dropship.  All that is really known about the dropship so far is that players will have support sent to them with this new tool in the form of vehicles.  Whether this will be implemented like a Commander from the older Battlefields or work like a killstreak is still unknown.  Battlefield 3: Endgame will be released in March, and Premium members will get to play two weeks before anyone else.
