An announcement this morning from developer Techland and Publisher Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment confirms speculation that their anticipated title Dying Light has indeed been delayed until February of 2015.
According to the team, Techland aims to innovate within the survival horror genre by giving you the freedom of moment in an “unprecedented” open-world game. They have realized that the game isn’t up to snuff compared to the vision they had for the game. This new release date ensures that their ideas can be fully realized without any compromises on any of the FIVE platforms (PC,PS3,PS4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One) Dying Light will release on. The big feature of Dying Light is the natural movement element, Techland says Dying Light will change your expectations of the survival horror genre where the focus is on quality and solid gameplay.
Dying Light will also be playable at E3 so expect to see more about it very soon.
